Who is collecting it

This website is operated by Ertekaaz Global FZC, which trades as Ertekaaz Technologies and builds PropCircle. Any question about your data, including a request to delete it, goes to app@ertekaaz.com.

What we collect, and why

If you join the waitlist, we store three things:

• Your email address, so we can tell you when PropCircle opens
• Your phone number, only if you choose to give one
• The date and time you submitted the form

That is the entire list. We do not ask for your name, your company or anything about your business, and we do not buy or append data about you from anywhere else.

Where it is stored

Waitlist submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in an account controlled by Ertekaaz Global FZC, and are not shared with anyone else. We keep them until PropCircle launches and we have written to you, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit this site and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and shares your IP address with Google. You can decline them, and the site works identically if you do. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

What you can ask us to do

Write to app@ertekaaz.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will not ask you why.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
