Can I use PropCircle today?
Not yet. It is in active development and has not launched. The waitlist is how you find out first — we will write to you the day it opens.
What does it cost?
Pricing has not been announced. It will be published before launch, and everyone on the waitlist hears it first.
We already have years of data in spreadsheets. Is that a problem?
No — and moving it is on us. Onboarding is free: we take your existing files and bring your projects, units, bookings and payment schedules in for you, rather than handing you an import template and wishing you luck.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. PropCircle runs on both mobile and desktop — the same inventory on a phone when you are on site, and on a full screen when your team is at a desk.
Can it handle more than one project?
That is the point of it. Projects hold buildings, buildings hold floors, floors hold units — and receivables and availability roll up across the whole portfolio.
